9 day post-op visit

I went to my post op appt today and I have lost 16 pounds since my surgery on 12/8/2015. Yeah me!!!!

16 down and many many more to go, but I know I can do it.

You are so far on your way!!!! There will be challenges in the time ahead, but the worst is over, IMHO.
