I started this  journey in 2014 found a doctor and started all my pre-op only to get everything done and be told they no longer accept my insurance i was so disappointed almost gave up but i continue to excercise and found another doctor and weight loss center and i begin my new journery on may 31st ,2016 i will be getting sleeved on sept.6th 2016 this items would be a great help to me asI'm on a fixed income and it would be a great start to my healthy new journey.

I had my RNY surgery back in 1996.   So much more has been learned since then.  I have the tool and I am relearning how yo use it the proper way.  I am using protein drinks as part of my healthy diet to insure adequate protein intake.
