Finally decided to order a 3 month supply of Patch MD multi and D3/Calcium since I keep forgetting to take my vitamins. I am in Canada and need to pay for international shipping and the exchange rate is horrendous but my health is totally worth the price. Thanks Obesity Help for the nice discount

Vitamin def is not something to mess around with.  Glad you were able to get them.  I wish they made these back in 2001 when I had surgery.  I had a total vitamin def that was diagnosed back in 2013-2014.  Since then, I have been on PatchMD and my levels are going up.  I still suffer from residual effects from the def, such as tingling and pain in the bottom of my feet, so I cannot stress the importance of taking them, daily.   So glad you are taking care of yourself!!!!!!

Thanks, I am hoping they will work well for me. I have set up an appointment with my family doctor to get B12 injections as well. (I have always had low B12 levels).

I like to swim and do water aerobics, so I always wear my patches at night. 

I wear the multi and calcium/D3 at the same time.
