Onderland and original goal :)
That "letting it stop when it wants to stop" thing used to work for me in the past when I lost weight. Basically I would get to the point where I felt comfortable with how I was eating. I just continued eating that way until my body reached that magical "calories in equal calories burned" weight.
That didn't work out for me this time however and I did have to make an effort to not only stop losing but to put back some weight.
At around 3 years I figured my body would start the bounce back thing but things stayed stable. I finally got to where I had to add in more carbs to get where I want to be, or at least close.
Having stayed in this weight range =/- 5 or so lbs. for many years I have accepted that this is where my body wants to be even though it was a little lower than I wanted to be but I still have room for bounce back in case my body decides it wants to go there after all.
I guess there is something to the Set Point Theory.

You've done an amazing job so far.
I wasn't sure if you're doing any kind of weight training. If you are, and you're still sticking to your eating plan, then the weight will be less of an issue because it will be all about body fat and creating muscle, which in turn, will give you a faster and stronger metabolism. Your weight may only go down twenty more pounds but you'll look much smaller as if you've lost more. Also, the shape of your body will change. I'm just curious if have been doing that or plan to.

Yes I weight lift
It takes a substantial amount of protein to build muscle mass, along with appropriate lifting
My goal now is not to lose fat and gain muscle (its a difficult thing to do without having WLS). Bodybuilders do a bulk where they will cushion up some with fat, then build muscle with the excess glycogen stores as a result, and then cut.
My plan of attack is to get lean as possible to leverage my sleeve and remove as much fat, THEN put on muscle mass.
Once I get my fat off, I'll be upping my calories thru purely protein a decent amount

Congratulations on all your hard work!
The goal is healthy whatever that looks like for you. You can take your weight lifting and run with it. I am two and a half years out. I'm down 119. I've been maintaining with a ten-pound bounce range. Many of us burn muscle in the weight loss process. Weight lifting has been a game changer for me.
