Hey everyone !

Wanted to share that I ran my second Half Marathon this last Sunday, had a blast! Took 16 minutes off my time since my first one in January, so am pretty excited and proud about that.

So, my VSG was 5/26/16.

Every so often I get some sweats and feel shakey. I immediately stop whatever I'm doing and drink a decent amount of water or say propel/smartwater for electrolytes, and then get some food into my body

Most of the comments for me have slowed down from people that know me about my weight loss. I occassionally get "are you done yet? you really dont need to lose any more weight" etc.
