Hi everyone,

I had RNY on January 12, 2017 - I lost 13 lbs prior to surgery, and I've lost 102 since. I feel great! I have my 6 month follow up with my centre today (they're that far behind). As far as before and after pics go- take a before pic that you like! I don't like my before at all. I have other ones, but I still use this one because of the side profile. My weightloss is a bit slower lately, but I'm confident I will get to where I want to be.

Great job! Love it, I just had surgery a week ago and never thought about side view of before. You are looking amazing! Keep it up!

Teena you are doing a remarkable job!!

As far as the 'before' pictures go, I took ones where I thought I looked good... make up on, hair cute, etc... today when I look at them I cringe and can't believe I thought I looked good in them! LOL

So don't be hard on yourself... I think it's hard (but important) to see our 'before' pictures, no matter how we looked!

Can't wait to see what the next months bring for you!

Thanks Hala! 1 of my friends texted me recently and said exactly that... I'm only 5 ft 3, so I guess it fits - I'm officially the shortest person in my house- my 12 year old passed me in June.
