What I did just last weekend was to go to Nordstroms and ask for a fashion consultant. I gave her my budget. Told her what I needed (basically I have NOTHING for this Spring/Summer) and she threw stuff to me to try on and gave me honest opinions on what worked and what didn't.
To hear from a saleslady, "That looks good, but I think I can find something that will flatter your bottom more" was a God send. We dont need to hear stuff that isn't true, we need honesty!
Anyway, it's a great option for those of you who have no clue what to buy or what would even look good on you.....most of all it was fun!

Topic: I'm a New Grandma Seeing DOUBLE!!
I posted a new album of their pics on my OH Profile!
Just when I "let go & let God"
accepting the idea that their 11 yr. marriage would not include biological progeny, Mitsu got pregnant. 
They told us when we came for Thanksgiving - TWINS, fraternal, one each - would be arriving the end of March!!
They decided to give their Mom a break and were delivered on Sat.
I get to be with them on Thurs.
WOOOOO HOOOO!

They all sound great and I haven't tried any of the recommended styles or brands. $200 is a little pricey for me though....that's like 8 pair of Old Navy's! LOL!
Some morning soon I'm going to get to the mall as soon as the door opens and make my way through the mall trying on jeans! (I'll pack protein! LOL!)
Til then....I'm headed to Last Chance to check out their deals!

We had a safe trip back to Alberta and thank goodness there is very little snow here right now so it isn't too bad. Sure do miss the support groups but I am doing ok . No new grandbaby yet, but they say any day now. Love to you all and please keep in touch.

Oprah loves Cookie Johnson's (Magic's wife) new line. They were designed for women with curves to be both comfortable and flattering. Definately a spluge though, they run $100 - $200 and are at Nordy's and Neiman's. I really want a pair.
But I was at Stein Mart 2 weeks ago and got 2 pairs of Sevens for $6.47!!!! Of course, it's costing me $12 to get them shortened-- that brand runs so long.

Head over to the Saks Off 5th store at the Arizona Mills Mall. They have Not your daughter jeans for a very reasonable price, and they are so cute!!!!

I love lucky jeans too. I have a pair of their cropped jeans. I havent figured out their sizing though. They are a 31. What that translates into sizing I havent a clue! I do know that they are a bit loose and I think I need to go in for a 30 though!
I remember when I was in high school the brand of jeans I got were a size 31 and that translated to a junior size 11. I was also 20 pounds thinner so I doubt this 31 and the 31's of the past are really the same size!
This sizing thing now that I am out of the women's section confuses the heck out of me!
