Yes, I used to get them all the time, but they are pricey.  But I love them.  You feel like a new person and 10lbs lighter afterwards.

Happy Cleansing!

In my opinion Beachbody has THE very best weight loss products around.  Would you like to join me on my P90X Journey? Please click the link below to Join My Team or to learn more about the products:

I had that and I bought 3 sessions.  I liked that my system was cleean, but I hated the process, it was just too invasive for me. Sitting there like that, the water pressure, the person in the room, just the whole vibe was uncomfortable.  The spa was nice, they made great efforts to keep everything dignified, but I dont think I will ever do it again, I hated it.  I was soo glad when the thrid session was done.

This is what they do:

You take your clothes off accept for bra.
Lay on your side on the bed

They have a tube they insert back there (small flexible)

The tube is connected to a box that has a type of system that streams water up the tube, when you feel full with water pressure you tell the tech, they then reverse the water steaming in to suction and you empty you out, they do that process over and over until your time is up. Afterwards, you go to the restroom, you should use the restroom as long as you can because your body will still have lots of water inside even though you dont realize it.  If you dont take your time you will will have to keep going back to the bathroom and have to fly home, so take your time.  My spa had everything there for you to clean up re-dress and then they had me drink this special yogurt to replace good bacteria and then you leave.

Hope this helps, if you decide to go, hope you like it, it is great to do for your body if you can deal with it all.

I've had one.  I used the LIBBE open system where you are in the room alone.    I did this way before my surgery.  I didn't feel comfortable doing the technician assisted colonic so this worked pretty well for me.  I dropped 5 pounds a few days after having it done.

I have done this post RNY and it has alleviated several issues I was having.  The bonus is I lost 7lbs which I wasn't trying to lose.

OMG, just reading the title of your post, started me to dry heave and have spasm from memories.

I recently under went surgery (non-wl related)

The day before I had to take two pills and wait till I either had a bowel movement or 6 hours and then I had to start drinking this stuff (one gallon), 8 oz every ten minutes.

I got done, it said I should start have a bowel movement soon. well I didn't, my stomach started hurting, my lapband started to constrict on my stomach so tight, all I could do was sit on the toilet and cry.  You could not pay me to do a cleanse now unless I was going through a surgery, that was the most painful thing I had gone through. ewwwwwww
