How was your week?  What worked, what didn't and what's your plan for this week?

Well the week was great...Had my 4 month with surgeon on Wednesday and was down a total of 72 lbs and as of Sunday I am down 74 lbs (I weigh every Sunday morning)...Week was good but would love to get more exercise in...That is my goal to exercise at least 4 days this week starting today after work. I have about 40 more lbs to get off my then or my birthday 9/16.

Well, I didn't work out as much as I wanted too. My appetite is through the roof too. This week I plan to exercise more and fight the urge to eat every time I feel hungry (that only happened one day though). I am all dressed to work out this morning but I can't remember if my trainer is coming here or if I need to go work out at the gym. I should know in the next 20 min and I will work out either way. On a positive note, I have been taking all vitamins and getting in lots of water.

I had a decent week. Not too shabby in any department.....just not excellent either. Haven't weighed in over a week so not sure what we looking at right now. Def gonna be on my grind soon!

Actually I was up and down. 

I did have a good work out week !   A  couple of bad eating days.

In any event,  it is Monday,  and I am giving it a new start !  

The plan for this week is 5 pounds off !

My plan for this week is to be more mindful of my meals and up my exercise.

The week was OK not the best week but hey I'm stilling learning. I only got 2 days of exercise in. Starting back on protein shakes, (Lord help me).  Yes, I have not been faithfully taking my protein.............I know, I know...I  will do better.
Eating is still tricky, cravings are coming back. Starch is evil  and wants to destroy me.
I already lost the breakfast war...(toast with butter).
Hopefully lunch and dinner will go as plan.
This week exercise 3 days 1 hour each day, No starch and at least 48 to 64 oz  of water each day.

What didn't work.  Trail mix. I dumped so bad and not much exercise.  I was on vacation.
What did work.  I cut out unnecessary carbs and adding more protein.  On sat I got in over a 100g.  I was so proud.  I'm usually at 70g.

I received the Nectar sampler and I'm in love!!! Getting in my protein has never been easier. No mixing and flavoring with syrups and pudding. It was simple and my protein intake was over 80 grams per day.

I only did one hour on the treadmill each day. I know, I know.

Aaarrgghhh....I only lost one pound. I'm not even going to update my ticker for that cheapness.

THIS WEEK......

I  will add weights to my exercise regimen. The body is getting soft and that's NOT good.

I will continue my protein and get in at LEAST 100 oz of H2O.
