Honeymooners...Posse Up!
Well the week was great...Had my 4 month with surgeon on Wednesday and was down a total of 72 lbs and as of Sunday I am down 74 lbs (I weigh every Sunday morning)...Week was good but would love to get more exercise in...That is my goal to exercise at least 4 days this week starting today after work. I have about 40 more lbs to get off my then or my birthday 9/16.

I did have a good work out week ! A couple of bad eating days.
In any event, it is Monday, and I am giving it a new start !
The plan for this week is 5 pounds off !

Eating is still tricky, cravings are coming back. Starch is evil

I already lost the breakfast war...(toast with butter)

Hopefully lunch and dinner will go as plan.
This week exercise 3 days 1 hour each day, No starch and at least 48 to 64 oz of water each day. Protein, Protein, Protein
I received the Nectar sampler and I'm in love!!! Getting in my protein has never been easier. No mixing and flavoring with syrups and pudding. It was simple and my protein intake was over 80 grams per day.
I only did one hour on the treadmill each day. I know, I know.
Aaarrgghhh....I only lost one pound. I'm not even going to update my ticker for that cheapness.
THIS WEEK......
I will add weights to my exercise regimen. The body is getting soft and that's NOT good.
I will continue my protein and get in at LEAST 100 oz of H2O.
