Yesterday I stayed on task with eating (even though I didn't have much of an appetite so I don't think I got in enough protein):
B-scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, coffee w/splenda
snack-none
L- left over collard greens with lime juice and hot sauce
snack-pork rinds
D-2 KFC grilled chicken thighs and green beans
snack-3 piceces of Extra chewing gum
I took all my vitamins. Still struggling with the water -going to drink some right now. I didn't excercise yesterday but I'm going walking in one hour.

yesterday..not enough protien...out of my supplement until payday..until then I need to eat protien. Drank all fluids, stayed within calorie range but ate 2 sweet freedom sugar free ice cream bars instead of real food and blamed it on my period. Went to farmer's market to but produce for the first time and WOW so much cheaper than the store and higher quality..am excited about my menu for the week
