HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY POST
Moving right along with gym time. Weights tonight. Had a good 30 minute run last night.
At about 40 grams protein for the day so far. Shooting for another 60+ today.
At about 17 oz H2O plus the 8 oz of coffee. So need to work on that.
Meals today:
5 scrips bacon, grits with cheese, proten coffee
chicken pot pie

Vits water and protien done. 2.4 miles in 30 minutes on the eliptical....skinny man beside me on the other eliptical konked out @ 20 minutes...I was so proud of my lil chunky self! Anyway eating is good... however I found a pack of goldfish in my desk..ate a couple for NO reason at all..but did not eat the rest. I hate 'found' food. AND someone @ work left a cupcake on my desk (from a birthday party) I dont eat cake at all, but I love licking off the icing. BUT I did NOT...tossed it in the garbage. That icing was not for me today. Maybe some other time.

I ATE LIKE A FAT GIRL IN HEAT TODAY, THEN LAID ON THE FLOOR PANTING LIKE A STUFFED PIG, THEN GOT UP AND ATE SOME MORE.
Now it's back on track tomorrow.
GOTTA SAY IT WAS A GOOD DAY !!!!
