OMG!! Girl, that is one hell of a hike!!! ...even serious hikers get overwhelmed... Be careful. If you haven't been to AZ before, it is so beautiful. I love Sedona!! It's my favorite. I would move there if I could. Feel better sweetie.

I will probably end up not doing the hike cause I hear it is a biotch, We are doing the whole helicopter tour and they drop you at the floor of the canyon and you have a fancy lunch and go on a boat ride down the Colorado River. So even if I don't get to do the hike I will still have fun.

Meowwww.... Thanks sweetness!!! Yea, it is a brutal hike. They are air lifting people outta there on the regular. You have to answer a whole bunch of questions and sign a weaver before you hike (or so I have heard). So beautiful to see though. You and Becca will LOVE it!!! If you get a chance, drive into Flagstaff. Total change in topography. You go from looking like the surface of mars to looking like Colorado and all in about an hours drive. Too amazing.

Rest it, rehab it and listen to what your Ortho tells you!.......Insanity will be there when you're ready and able to get back at it. I hope you heal properly and quickly.

I'm gonna take it easy which is really hard for me, but I sat on the sofa today when I wanted to be exercising and just resolved that I can't and I won't do anything on this knee. That was hard.

Take care of yourself, and be super careful with that knee... You don't want to jeopardize that knee getting worse and you not being able to exercise anymore... Give yourself time to heal!
