4 Years ago TODAY!!!
Hello to everyone.....I am yet rejoicing in the opportunity afforded to me.......to LIVE! Today I am celebrating 4 years of winning the war (not just the battle) on obesity! I am grateful to God for blessing me with good health. And while I'm not where I'd love to be, I am certainly in a better place than I was before.
Big thanks to the BAF family.......all of the memories are priceless! Grateful for the relationships I've formed.......
To those who have been in the war for a while, hold on and keep on fighting, we all know that this is an ongoing battle, but we are equipped to win.........
To those just starting out.......I know that it can be a little scary and overwhelming. There will be moments of unbridled joy and heart wrenching sadness......but in the totality of it all.......YOU WIN!!!! You CAN do this.....be a fitter, smaller and HEALTHIER you!!!
