Hello. I have been away for quite some time but I feel I need to come back for support and also to offer my support and encouragement to others. I am restarting a low carb program and will post every day.

Yes, Low carb plan workds very well for me. I have been hitting the gym really hard too, although I really need to get back into the weights.
