Work out Check in
Hello All.
Time to check in on what you will be doing or what you have done as far as working out today.
Yesterday after work I went to the gym and did 45 min on the rolling stair master and 20 mil on the ellipitcal machine. Burned over 700 calories WHOOO HOOOOO
Also loving the Cardio Trainer ap on my phone. Tracks my calories burned. So far this week I am at 2,500 calories.
I am not afraid of tomorrow,
for I have seen yesterday
and I love today......
After work...and the sun cools a little, I'll get my 4.5 mile walk in. That includes running the high school stadium steps twice. I follow with about 20 mins of upper body weights. My sweetie gave me an IPOD Nano for my birthday, and it has a great Nike fitness training log that I track my workouts on.

An indoor run and free weights today. Starting the speedbump running program designed to speed you up to an hout at 180 bpm.
