Great video. I cracked up watching you trying to pick up your son. I thought, "oh Lord, don't let her hurt her back!" It is amazing to imagine what we carried all of the time. Someone told me that I seemed happier. I told them that I'm in a lot less pain since I'm not carrying all of that extra weight.
You don't have to know your exact goal weight now. I don' t know either. I will just live my healthier lifestyle and let the sleeve take me where it wants to go. I have a 1-year anniversary goal of 199. After that, it is just about a healthy lifestyle. I won't intentionally stop the weight loss as long as I am healthy.
