Hello

My name is Latonia and I had wls on Nov 2, 2004. My heaviest was 350 and at surgery I was 329. I am now 246 and stalled big time. I have 121 more pounds to lose. I am happy to meet each and everyone of you. I will need help and much encouragement. I don't dump and nothing makes me sick. I exercise daily, do my protein and vitamins and drink lots, and lots of water and still no change in the scale. That's enough for now I don't want to scare everyone away.
