Ugh. I was worried about starting work and how that would affect my weight loss and I didn't lose anything this week. There's only been maybe 3 weeks total that that's happened so far so I'm nervous. I'm not going to freak out obviously but I'm still nervous! I'm being way more active than I was before because of the job but I'm up a lot earlier than before so I'm a lot hungrier. I'm going to bed earlier too. My whole schedule is adjusting so I'm hoping that's what's going on. I had gone through a period of about 2 months where I was eating 2 meals a day and a snack. Now I'm eating 3 meals a day and a snack so I'm going back to what I was doing before...I'm still not eating more than 700 calories max.

I'm trying not to stress about it too much yet. Giving it another week before I do.

I decided to kick up my water intake and since it is so cold here I have added herbal teas in and that has really helped!  I am down 114 pounds! My weight los**** a plateau as I expected it to.  Having had broken my ankle after surgery is has slowed down my exercise progress but I am FULLY healed, back to work and slowly adding in more activity. I take restorative yoga on Wednesdays and Sundays and have found swimming to be a wonderful way to move my body without feeling like I'm going to die.....good luck to all of you this week. WE CAN DO THIS!

I'm feeling a bit better, and I'm so glad to be back on school schedule.  I'm still sore, and just the moving around my classroom has wiped me out almost daily, but it's a good thing.  I've still got a week to go before I'm cleared for exercise, so I'm thinking that school is kinda helping me work up to it.

Eating-wise I think I'm doing fine.  I had a couple of really snacky/impulse-type days this week (which I didn't really indulge, but made note of) and a quick check of the calendar confirmed its tied to my cycle.  Also its my off week, so a loss is great.  I still feel like I'm healing and evening-out post surgery.

You go, girl!! Great job!!

I remember that day well. Just "overweight" was a huge deal to me.

I am almost back down to my pre-holiday weight. Phew!! I am 7 years out so I usually let myself eat whatever I want during the holidays and then get back on track. I usually gain 5-7 pounds. I was trying to maintain this year, but Christmas week did me in. I'm not sure exactly how much I gained because I did avoid the scale for a few days while I detoxed...lol. I have been going to Weigh****chers with a friend and plan to continue. I like the group support and having someone else weigh me

Ok I haven't quite recovered from the Holidays, don't feel like the fog has lifted... Doing some New years purging of 'stuff'... tree down and decorations away so yay!

Happy with my number this week, even though some 'diet' comfort foods were playing with my head this week. I guess they didn't do any damage, just felt like I was cheating....

High Weight 347

Last post (2 wks ago) 198

This week 197

Next goal 175

Considering I have been out of town for work for the past two weeks I am ok with this 1 pound. I tried to eat on plan as much as possible. Even took food with me. But sometimes it just could not work out that way. At least I saw a small loss instead of the other direction. Back to basics this week.

I am the same. My two days off each week are definitely the days I struggle.  It's more head hunger than anything. I just have to keep mindful, which is sometimes easier said than done
