I am beside myself! Overwhelmed....shocked!  I broke my left ankle and sprained my right ankle on 5/24 I haven't weighed in since I fell.  While in the hospital they would weigh me but I was maintaining.  I am THRILLED to report that I weighed in this

I saw my surgeon today I am down 49 pounds since my surgery on 2/17/15.  I know that the large numbers will slow down but WOW! I'm pretty excited!  I pulled my right groin doing the steps in my house so my exercise has slowed down which is frustrating

I had a Dr's appt today. My surgery was exactly one month ago today. I have lost 39 pounds. I am very excited! I've followed my post surgery diet to the letter. It's truly the beginning of a new life for me.

I'm 3 weeks out of surgery. Had some complications during surgery. My lungs collapsed and they kept me sedated for a day and a half. I was very weak and hospitalized for 15 days. I am staying w my parents and have a nurse OT and PT coming to work w me.

I have a cold two days before sugery - I'm freaking out a bit. My surgery is Tuesday morning and on Friday evening I started getting sick. No fever but I'm congested and coughing. Anyone else had to have surgery resched...
