Thank you for the lab rat data
I just entered my second month's loss. It made me feel fantastic to see all the comparisons. I am doing fine. It really really helped to see, in black and white, that my loss is right in the correct range.
By the way, my first month loss was 21 and my second month loss was 13.5.
I am now taking my scale and moving it to the basement and from here on out I pledge to only weigh once a month. If I had wanted to be on a "diet" and to be obsessed with my daily weight I wouldn't have chosen THE BEST SURGERY OUT THERE.

It's a great resource, isn't it? I'm grateful to the woman who hosts it. The address, for those who may not have been there is http://www.epursimuove.com/ds .
