I have really been on a stir fry kick lately.. I love those Create a meals.. like Chicken Terriyaki  that you add your own chicken too.. and it has the vegs and sauce in the bag.. ( frozen food section) .. They are easy and fill be up.  I usually used 2-3 times the amount of meat they call for though... instead of 3/4 lb.. i use 2 lbs chicken.  THey arent Too bad on carbs but I know that If I made the sauce myself  I could make it even lower carb.
I have also used the seasoning envelopes to make beef and broccoli.. but again I know I could make it lower carb by doing it myself.

Do yall have any good DS friendly Stir fry recipes.... like Chicken Teriyaki or  Beef and broccoli?

I just have been eating mostly the meat and a little vegs but I dont put over rice or anything.

Ideas welcome..

I dont know why.. but really I have jsut been on a stir fry kick... and could eat it all the time. lol.

I just buy Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce & marinate my meat in it, then stir fry with veggies.  2 carbs per tablespoon and I use a ton of meat.

ETA:  I also sometimes make my own sauce with soy sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, and powdered ginger.  Pretty low carb.

I love making stirfry. Sometimes I make pork fried rice if I need a little carbs.

my favorite sauce is low sodium ginger soy sauce.

I have done them with pork, chicken, beef, or even turkey.

I can give you basic steps but I just cook and throw together any meat and veggies I have on hand.

I am also a big fan of stir fries and I always wing it when it comes to the sauce but I often add a spooful of peanut butter which I find helps thicken the sauce without having to use cornstarch and gives it a yumminess along with the soy, garlic and ginger which are standard in my stir fry pan.

That's the way I make it, too.  I use a little mini prep chopper to finely chop up some garlic and ginger, Get that in the pan with some oil, then add some soy sauce and peanut butter.  Sooo good and works will with most any protein.  I love it with beef or shrimp the best.

A dash of toasteed sesame oil before serving is nice. Living in the Bay Area I have access to lots of sauces and spices that can change up the recipe. Five Spice, chile bean sauce, master sauce, can add variety to the dish.

I'm glad you posted this.  My favorite stir fry is any veggie (green beans, broccoli, peas, green/red bell peppers, onions, eggplant) stir fried in a light oyster sauce.  Yummmm.   Even better with chicken, mmmmm.

I had a craving tonight and did some minus the chicken.  I had another meat on the side.
