BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 IDS vanilla-cinnamon protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt & blueberries
S - Atkins shake & coffee (15g)
S - peanuts & pretzels
L - tuna salad
S - Atkins shake (15g)
D - white chili with Mex cheese & sour cream
S - whipped cream & fresh fruit pie
S - IDS cappuccino protein shake (30g)

FITNESS: 5 - 15 minute walks (10,230 steps today)
OTHER: Tanning 10 minutes

VITES:
morning batch: done
3 calcium batches: done
iron, C & copper: done
evening batch: done
bedtime batch: pending

Happy Monday everyone!

B:  protein bar at dog class  20, 17 (protein, carbs)
L:  6 bacon 1 egg  22 protein
D:  2 babyback ribs,  14,9
1/2 cup meaty chili  10,10
S:  diet hot coco:  10 carbs,

So that puts me at only 67 for protein.  Will drink a shake (20) before bed and probably have a cheese snack.  It won't be 100 but close.

Got an order of powder CA today so I have 2 forms to choose from.  Vites on schedule.

Exercise:  dog class.

Today was my 2 month surgiversary.  I lost 13.5 lbs this month.

Keep changing up the calcium. There's been quite a bit of discussion about whether the calcium citrate in UpCalD is elemental or only about 15 - 20% elemental.

Monday, Monday, ugh.....

Breakfast - scrambled egg w/ feta cheese & sun dried tomato, 2 slices pork roll & 1/2 slice rye toast w/ cream cheese

Snack - coffee w/ cream & Champion chocolate protein powder

Lunch- italian sausage pieces w/ sauce, moz & romano cheese

Snack - peanuts and wasabi peas

Dinner - mini tacos w/ lots of cheddar, & sour cream

Snack - coffee w/ cream & Champion chocolate protein powder

Vites:  all batches done
one calcium b/4 bedtime

Fluids:  72oz

D: turkey & cheddar on low-carb bread w lettuce, 1/3 oz potato chips, 1/2 clementine

Dang, I knew I forgot something!  TAking evening dose as I type.  Still need to take iron before bedtime.

Bought all my ingredients for cookies over the weekend and made a batch of snickerdoodles (regular) and coconut almond cookies (low-carb).  Didn't turn out bad at all, if I say so myself!  Plus, I only ate 3 of them 'cause I was still stuffed from all the Thanksgiving turkey.  I've got 5 more kinds of cookies on my list so I'll let you guys know how they fare.
