Thanks Kerry.  I thought about this today, and did notice that the only time I'm NOT nauseous is right after I eat, so I think you might be right on.

I would space out the water, too and base on much you're drinking on how your pee looks - you might need more than 64oz right now and yeah - you might still be slightly dehydrated and that will make you feel sick.  I know you're not dizzy but are you finding yourself more irritable than usual?  also a sign of dehydration.

Good point Kristen, thanks.  I am starting to think the 64 oz isnt enough, although it's an all day event just to get that much in.  The only thing that might make me more irritable is if I dont start feeling better, lol.  I'm trying to stay positive but I truly thought I'd be feeling better than I do by now.  Oh well...one day at a time.

I drink milk.  4 oz or so will cover the tummy enough to settle the nausea.  Then if that doesn't work, I go for phenegren.

Thanks Poodles.
I was planning to ask for some phengren tomorrow.  I've had it before for my migranes and it really worked well.  I have Zofran now for nausea, which I know is supposed to be very good, but I dont think it's working too well.  Will see what the doctor has to say in the morning.

How's your first week back at work going?
