I'm so sorry for your loss.   Alzheimers is an evil, nasty, horrible disease, and I hope they can eradicate it entirely some day.

Awww Evelyn... I am so sorry. I lost my Dad to Alzheimers in 2001. I hate that darn disease!

I am so sorry for your loss, but honestly I envy your peace.  I am so glad he didn't die alone and that his last days were as peaceful as possible.  We're going through this now with my Grandma.  At this point I mostly pray that God will take her soon and peacefully.  I am so sorry for your pain.  No matter the cir****tances it doesn't make the loss easier to bear.  You're in my thoughts and prayers.
