98 lbs in 18 weeks
That about sums it up. I feel great the only problem is Im kinda addicted to white rice... Again... I used to eat 2 cups at a shot now I eat 1/4 cup about 3 times a week I still lose the pound but I am trying to cut it out or atleast down to once a week. My pant size was a snug 50 real snug and I just went out and got 3 pairs of 40s!! My wife and I have been going places every weekend to walk around like the farm show, a home show last weekend. We took my inlaws last weekend and when we got off the train I jogged to the car on the other side of the lot to get it for them. I walk outside, use the eliptical and have been shadow boxing and weight lifting. Its weird as i am in no way good looking but Ive been hit on (BTW if the wife reads this I am happily married) by more females in the last 3 weeks than the last 3 years!

Wow! Ninety eight pounds in such a short period of time! You are doing really great!
And as a carb addict, let me encourage you to lay off the rice or to limit yourself to eating it once a month only. Rice has SO many carbs! I love rice and when I make it I like it drenched in butter, but I will eat only a small amount and then either freeze or throw the rest away because it's such a temptation. Give yourself the chance to break your rice addiction. It can be done. I find that when I eat a lot of carbs I want more carbs, but when I eat protein I want protein. I really do try to focus on the protein and limit the carbs. Do this for you so that you reach your goal or a normal BMI. Who knows, maybe after you reach your goal you will have to eat more carbs to maintain your weight.
Blessings,
Maddie
