Very teeny wow - I can see my ankles!

I know that sounds weird, but to me, OMG.  All summer long, my ankles have disappeared, and my feet were always swollen.  Now, my sandles fit nicely, I can see my ankles, all the swelling in my feet are gone.  Can actually see some veins too.  To me, this is just such an accomplishment.  I can wear nice summer sandles. 

It feels great.

my ankles were the first place I noticed weight loss.

I lost 16lbs in 6 days and I swear it was all water.

The swelling went down on my ankles... now I just need the "swelling" to go down on the rest of my body lol

I figured I must have been retaining a lot of water.  I'm just so glad to see those ankles.  I can't wait to see the rest of my swelling on my body to go down too.

Hey Hey now, that is a big wow! My feet have also been swollen all summer and I hate it! Kankles are not cute in Capri's and flip flops! So To see actually ankles!! That's big!!
