Thanks Mark!  It happens SO fast.  Be prepared to hang on for dear life and make sure to take some time out to stop and enjoy the ride too.  Scooching down!

Lisa   You really have been my #1 inspiration here.  We started out so similar in stats, and to see your successes has really kept me motivated, focused and hopeful.  Thank you for your sweet words, and subtle encouragements.  Happy New Year!

Yup, yup, yup, what you're saying and talking about is all true and the really amazing thing is that it's also common for us DSers! Isn't that just amazing? There is a surgery that really does fix all that stuff in our lives.

You're done great and things are just going to get better and better.

I'm SO glad I'm not the only one that gets to relish in these amazing successes!  It's too good not to share and I truly hope everyone here gets to experience all of this and more.  The DS IS amazing, and I can't thank people like you enough Kerry, for sticking around and paying it forward to those of us not in the know.  I can't wait for better and better, it almost seems unreal it could GET any better!  Thank you!

"my armpits go in"  Okay, that was a good one!  Made me snicker!  But, yes, I do know just what you mean!  You have indeed changed your trajectory!  My family on my mom's side has a lot of the same issues you described.  It is wonderful to be released from those worries!

I am happy for you!  I wish you all the best in 2011!  I just know it's going to be a great year!

LOL, it was so weird to me when I discovered it too!  Who knew?  Releasing myself of the worry and doomed existence has been such a gift.  I was able to ignore my weight, and looming health problems because I could always say I didn't know my family history, so it must not apply...  That smack in the face was exactly what I needed to wake up and take charge, and I am so thankful for it.

Thank you switch sister, this ride has been lots of fun to share with you!  Happy New Year and all the best for many blessings to you and yours!

I'm in for jumping Jess, now that I can actually do it that is!  Woohoo!

And LOL on the toenail...  I SO know what you mean...  I love having silly "health" concerns now, it makes knowing that I've taken the big scaries off my plate feel even sweeter!
