I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI . I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.

Kathy, that first fifty pounds made so much difference in my quality of life. Putting on my shoes, emptying the dish washer, even just walking 100 feet all got so much easier.

Your surgeon has a long list of successful DS'ers behind his name. Just you wait, In a year's time, we'll see a post from you about "whoa how do I slow this weight loss train down" because you are worried about getting too thin! Crazy, right?!?

Holy Moly! Everytime I see a new pic of you, I'm blown away! You look awesome and although it's close I'm officially nominating you for MADs member who is most unrecognizable post-surgery!
