Back to work on Monday

Thanks everyone! It wasn't too bad today since I was doing mostly orientation to the OR stuff (paperwork), lol. But I did go back to my "old" dept: GI, to help out for about an hour, so that was nice, back to things I know!
I was able to snack and sip water in the morning, had some deli meat and cheese from the cafeteria (only 80 cents!). Got my lunch vites in too.
After lunch I watched a couple of training videos, then after about a 6 hour day the educator said "wow you look tired, you need to go home!".
I am back in the morning at 0730, and I think I am done at 1pm with surgery cases. But if I want to go home then, I can. I am off on Weds due to Dr. appt., so I think this week will be alright.
Tired now though....gotta get a shake in, then off to bed!
