Thank you, Eric, for sharing your story and your tribute to Norm's memory.  I did not know him, but his character shines in your words.  He sounds like he was a very kind, gentle soul.  I'm sure that he is very proud of your progress and WOW's so far!  I belive he would feel honored to know that you still think of him so fondly, and that he was able to be there for you when you needed someone.
