None at bedtime, I will wait til my next meal which will be at 3 am because I am working graveyard shifts for the next 3 day. 5 more shifts this week then my job is done, then on to new things. Scared but excited.

Saturday was horrible. I ate more crap than good.
so i opted not to post that day. my belly ached all night so i did not eat much at work.
I hope every one had a good Easter. I slept
all day literally from the time i got home at 10 am until 9:30pm to come to work. my husband said he checked on me to make sure i was still breathing since i did not move they way i fell a sleep was the way i woke up.
from midnight until 7:30 am I had 1 protein shake with Greek yogurt. about 2 slices shave turkey lunch meat and cheese.
I went to the gym after work walked on the treadmill for about 20 min/ elliptical for 15 min. then went to jimmys egg and ate 2 eggs scrambled with cheese/sausage/onion/bell peppers.1/4 of wheat toast. then home to bed.got back up at 9:30pm had a protein shake. They are having taco salad here at work tonight. i have not made my plate yet. it will be after midnight so that wil go on my Monday meals. no vites for Sunday ![]()
