Morning all. I ended up a little short by the end of the night but a late yogurt and a piece of cheese put me over the top. I was a little worried about heartburn but it turned out not to be a problem.
B - protein shake (24)
S - tuna 2oz (14)
L - chicken 2 oz (14)
D - Chicken 3 oz (21)
S - slice swiss cheese (6)
S - greek yogurt (12)
Liquid - 68, Protien - 87
Vites - all in

Good job keeping up with protein tracking. An evening protein shake is also easy to do if you are ever stuck.
