New forum idea

I'd like to propose a board where ANYTHING could be discussed, and where threads that the censors---er, ah, the 'moderators'---find too controversial could be moved to, without having to totally remove them from the boards. This would supply an outlet for thoughts that many folks find too risque for the Main board, yet which are actually pertinent to the WLS journey many of us share. It would also be a place where OT subjects could be given free range, and allowed to be explored fully. The biggest reason I can think of for having a "Controversial Issues" board is that anyone who chooses to log onto it should be prepared to deal with the opinions he or she finds there. There would be no need for moderation on this board because anyone who chooses to log on should KNOW what he or she is getting into. Any thoughts?

everyone here is considerate on what they post, but as I see it in the few months I've been here, OT subjects are posted regularily (daily) kevin

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure what the major food chains were in the area. I'll check them both. Thanks for the reply. Carolyn

Thanks Heather! I told my mom I need a vacation and a day at the spa also, who knows maybe she got the hint She said the other day "I don't have a mom to treat for Mother's day"... so I will keep sending my thoughts out...spa, massage, facial, she may get it. How are you and little Oliva coming along? Tracey

FYI, there is already one in existence, only not here -- http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/DS_Uncensored/ It's being underused, so why not take it over?

I can tell you how your packet of data gets from here to there, but i find it tough to follow it, maybe i just go for the simplicity of this one. the ultimatewls sight is nice if i could remember my password,

OK, I can't figure it out. What does OT stand for? I have been hoping the meaning would come to me, but, alas it will not. Thanks Brenda S
