Band over RNY story- Doing Great!!

Jeannie, you can't imagine how much those words mean to me. I got really ill a few months after rny, and it is that which caused the fear of getting incredibly ill again. There are success stories out there. I guess I need to develope a thicker skin.. it's just I'm suddenly feeling the pre-surgery nerves.

I hope that your neice is doing okay. When I was extremely ill it took forever for the doctors to find anything to help. My hormones were all out of whack, I had heavy bleeding and I constantly passed out. I spent a good 3 years unable to work or be in school. Now I'm on more stable ground, but fearful of anything that will do more harm than good.

I hope that the doctors are taking good care of her. Thanks so much Jeannie, it means the world.
