These drinks are carbonated, right? I thought we were supposed to stay away from ALL carbonated drinks. Have you noticed or had any issues/problems with it? I'd love to try it, and I definitely could use the energy boost.

Glad to find this forum.  I'm a couple of days post RNY  rny lapiscopy (sp)  Had surgery Dec 16th.  First few days I did well on exercise.  then hit the hump, followed by a kind of dissyness...tried to walk and felt as if i was ready to fall down.  Nixt time i promised I take a walking cane.  Use it often.  At my post op dr visit, he recommended I try to get off one of my meds.  Said it might be what is making me dizzy.  So I tried 1/2.  Didn't sleep as well.  More pain, especially in mornings.  Prior to surgery, took me about 4-5 hours to get going on normal days.  Overal am feeling betterT

Hey,

Haven't logged on in well, forever but, am reading your posts.
I have similar symptoms, when my eyes begin burning, I know i"m in for a ride with pain and a downward spiral of agrivated symptoms. The headache on one side of my head can last months. sometimes it is more awful than others but, rarely does it completly go away. I often don't drive as a result. Sometimes it makes it hard to think. It is good to share this info.

Remember that we fibro folks have our limitations. Slow down so you can enjoy this special day! What we remember most is the sharing time with family and friends so don't wear yourself out trying to keep up with other folks. Just relax and enjoy the holiday!

If nothing else it really helps to have others understand what you are talking about. I believe I may have something besides just the fibro too and will work with the neurologist in the near future to see what if anything is going on.

Just like to say i never thought coming to this sight would help me so much. See ive been living with this stuff for years and the doctors dismiss me or just dont listen to everything im saying. After listening to everyone on hear and talking with a wonderfull lady ive come to relize not all my problems are fibro related, and that I may have sjogrens syndrome to this scared me at first but if there is something out there that can help me feel a little better im all for finding out. I dont know why a red flag has not went up to my doctor for this but will be talking to him on the 20 and hope he starts tests. Loretta

I have severe Fibromyalgia, arthritis and other issues and I have lost 71 pounds in about 4 months. I cannot exercise. I do not want you to think it will cure your fibro but it will help with other health issues.

I have had dry mouth and dry eyes to the point that I get ulcers inside my eyelids, mouth sores, headaches, sensitivity to smells...even when others don't smell anything. I now take (please forgive my spelling) pilocarpine for dry mouth, use steroid drops in my eyes when I have the ulcers - otherwise artificial tears several times a day. My doctor has said she thinks I have Sjogrens syndrome. I also take a very low dose of Nuvigil to help with the brain fog. This really helps keep me a little more clear headed so I can focus better. I will say that the Nuvigil works wonderful but has a tendency to give a slight headache. Isn't it great, all this with the daily pain of fibromyalgia! Hope this helps.
