when i got fibro i was at my lowest weight of 200 i wish losing weight would cure fibro but its a nerve problem and any size people get it. Its funny though because ive been trying to get life insurence and that what the guy said to that its because im fat and ruined my body and that not all doctors even beleave in fibro. Well us with the pain we all know how real it is. and from the women ive talked to that allready have had there surgerys the fibro dont disappear. I was told when i first got fibro that its caused from a major trama to the body mine came after gallbladder surgery. Loretta

Ok so ive been trying to get life insurence witch i guess is out of the ? when your fat. But the call i got today was awfull how could they. Ok first they told me no one would insure me because i was fat then he told me how after my wls i would be able to get life insurence and how my fibro would be all better how most doctors didnt think it was really any way bla bla bla. i was pissed he had no clue. well then it got worse he told me i ruined my body and fibro was nothing i just was fat and ruined my body because of it. I am so sick of people thinking fibro people are faking i told this guy say this on the mornings i can barley walk he says well your huge what do you exspect. Damit so sick of stupid people . When i calm down i will be sending a letter to this guys manger no life insurence place has a right to pretend they know about theses kind of things or has the right to be so rude to me. Loretta

I have the eye problems,watery at times,very painful ,foggy vision even if I can even focus.My Dr. couldn't help and the medication the Optometrist gave me didn't help either. Well I decided to try over the counter eye drops and WOW it worked.I started using Systane and I at times still have the watery eyes but no more pain and vision problems. Thats my 2 cents worth.

topmax if im spelling it right is for migraines it takes a few weeks to get in your system and you only want to take it at night makes you sleepy. also the neorotin your taking will make you tired if you havnt been taking it long and fibro its self just makes you tired. theres alot of diffrent meds out there ive tried allmost all of them and the natral stuff didnt work for me i didnt like being on all these meds but my pain was so bad i didnt have a choice. But i dont have headaches as much anymore use to get the ones that would make me dry heave for days. cymbalta was not good enough for me it didnt seem to help enough. sometimes you just need tofind a good doctor to listen and understand your in real pain changing doctors really helped me i loved my doctor but she never really understood when i go tell her that this hurt and that hurt. i hope you feel better soon Loretta

Well I suppose because of the pain and fatigue it hampers my exercise so in that way it affects me loosing weight.
I don't know of like a chemical imbalance ????
