My name is Gabe. I would love to be a penpal of your and share my weightloss experiences with you. Congrats!! on makeing the best decision for yourself that you ever made. I had my surgery 11 months ago and have lost 220 pounds since then. This surgery has saved my life and has showed me a new way of living. I now eat to live rather than living to eat. My gf has also had the surgery just 6 months ago and has lost 90 pounds. You will soon see that some of the things you will go thru to prepare and recover from your surgery will not be the easiest things, but after the weight starts falling off of you it will all seem so minor. Let's keep in touch and look forward to hearing about your weight loss successes.

Hi, Julia I just had my surgery on Jan 31 and what I have learn is that, sometimes we can eat the wrong things and it will contrubite to weightgain fast. Your on the right path seeking help from others, support is a very big key in weight loss. Going to groups are not fun but you can learn so much from others mistakes. I am a person who looks into everything. I wish you look sweetie I don't know which surgery u had I pray its not the band. I had the Sleeve done and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
