Hi, I'm Katina in VA. I haven't had my surgery yet but meet with my surgeon January 5, 2012. My BFF had her RNY done by him and I went to talk with him on one of her visits. He's amazing, and down to earth. Please don't give up!! I don't know what site your using but I have no problem with getting attention from the men. Alot of it is how you feel about yourself and your confidence. I would love to chat more with you. Happy Holidays and I'm sure things will get better!!!!

well, thanksgiving put on 2 pounds, so now i have 12 pounds to lose before surgery. i actually exercised 3 days in a row. tonight we put up our tree and went for our christmas egg nog. i am beginning to notice though how many people are fat. i no longer want to be one of them.

Great! Sounds like a plan. right now I am swimming each day for about 1hr. Found this wonderful athletic club in Little Rock that I absolutly love and now I can't stop going! LOL!!!!

i am from NJ name is Krissy. I just went for my consultation for suregery yesterday. theytold me that i have to follow with my gp for 3 months and get testing done. So i am looking at March for suregry. I hate waiting. I am so desperate for this surgery. My life is isolation and embarrasment being overweight i am only 4'8 and 238 lbs. So they told me i am 148 lbs overweight. I am a single m om and ni man in my life becasue men dont want fat chicks i am learning from online dating. Its the holidays and no man. It sucks i suffer from depresssion anyway so being alone makes it worse. I am looking to chat with friends and looking for support from all this so if u want to chat please leave a message so we could chat.. take Care all !!!

HI I am looking for freinds too, I had surgery 1.25 months ago and know the processing your going thru. I know its hard and luckily some of my family understands. Think positive along the way. I am here if you need to talk.

You can do it, I know I walked the mall for 20 minutes, sit ups might be to much now, can you do a simple one. Even cleaning is exercise.
