Help me understand

where do i find a forum on lap rny i see evey forum but that on the main page

although not called the RNY board, the main board has always been where most RNY folk hang out. There are also boards for those with BMI's 50+, A men's forum, a forum for folks 20, 30, 40 and 50+ in age. So it just depends on what specifically you're seeking....but for general info on the RNY, you're best bet is the main message board. Hope that helps!
