I completely suck.... Had a birthday celebration, several overnights at the beach with friends and then gave a baby shower yesterday.... I have been making POOR food and drink choices and have gained 5-6lbs since last week....
I can't remember my goal... but I am back up to 188..... so frustrating.

Halloween Goal 150
New Years goal 130
I could have done better this week but I had my tubes tied on wednesday and I gained 5 pounds. I weighed on Friday night I was back to 149. I did make my goal so that was good. I wonder if I should set my new Halloween goal 145?
