does anyone take these or heard if the'll destroy your stomach after surgery. I'm 15 month out have gotten to goal but find I crave carbs around 2 almost everyday. I started taking 1 hydroxycut around that time about a week ago it really helps with my cravings but I'm afraid to contiue. I don't want to hurt anything. if anyone has any info please pass it along.

You need to talk to your surgeon to see if he will allow you to continue without doing any harm. This forum is great and everyone always has good answers to our questions but for something like this you really need to defer to your doctor.
