Less than 24 hours after my info was submitted (yesterday) my surgeon's office called to tell me today I am approved! Keep your focus, give it to God and let Him carry you through. The things that seem so major to us are minor to Him. If you have a relationship with Him, He wants to give you the desires of your heart. Love, Jenifer

Congratulations on your surgery!  Do you know when you'll be having it?  My surgery will be on March 8, 2007, and I am stoked about it.  I have been preparing for it for about a year and have gone through a lot of education to prepare me for life after the surgery.  In the process, I have lost 40 pounds. Again, congratulations!

Hi. No, I don't know when I will be having it exactly- but I do have an idea that it'll be sometime in the first or 2nd week of March b/c a fellow OH member that sees my surgeon was given a surgery date of March 6th on Monday. I wish that nurse would hurry up and call me to give me my date. How many days of liquid diet do you have to do pre-op? I have to do 5. My sis in law is having surgery Monday and she only has to do 3 days. Her BMI is way lower than mine is though. Have you ordered your vitamins & gotten your protien ready to go? Good luck. Though I have not gotten the official word from my surgeon, I know that I will be on a five-day liquid diet prior to surgery. It's fine by me. I drink enough Crystal Light now to shoot the company's stock through the ceiling. I'm sure they won't mind me drinking buckets of at that point! :-) I would most definitely like to stay in contact with you since our re-births will be around about the same time.
