I'm back :o) - Wow- it is amazing to me how I logged in here @ OH right at one year ago and havne't harly been back since. I haven't reread any of my previous updates so if I repeat anything here...

It has been a while since I have been here... - I have gained back a little weight. I am at about 215. I am here looking for some others who have experienced the laziness mindset and are just doing whatever... I am dissapointed ...
