BCBS of Illinois?

Do most supervised diets require 6 months in order? Or does it have to just be 6 months within reason. I missed 2 weigh ins but I do have 6 months of required information. I have blue cross blue shield of Illinois . Thanks

Mine had to be 6 months in a row, If I had missed one I had to start all over.

I have BCBS of IL and their policy says 6 month diet in a 24 month period.  But it does not say 6 consecutive months.  I had 3 months last year and then 3 months this year and my doctor said he would put it together and send it in since it did not say in a row. I just got a denial letter but the insurance rep said I needed to have a documented supervised diet and they did not have it and that my WW card was not enough proof.  They didn't say anything about the diet now being consecutive.
