I cannot believe it. I am beyond ecstatic. After my surgeon spoke to the denying doctor at the insurance co., I have been APPROVED!!
I willl have surgery most likely 8/31/09!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I almost don't believe it. I really thought it was over, even though I was planning on putting everything I had into the appeal. I just thought "It's never going to be me."
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the WONDERFUL people of this forum who have sent the most lovely notes of encouragement and have given me resources to fight my insurance co (which I don't need now but thank you). Everything you've done, every word you've said, has meant more than I can say.
I can't wait to get to know everyone better as I start this journey in earnest on 8/31. I can't believe it!!!!!
