Cigna PPO

If you use Cigna, they have a lot of issues with losing information they have received. If this happens ask for a fax # and a person to send it to. Keep on them. They will process it quicker. Since it must be medically necessary allot of whether you are approved or not goes by how your surgeon words everything. I was approved w/o seeing any one else except pulmonary.
