Disabilty

I have filed for disabilty and mailed out all the paper work April11. I have tried to lose weight for about 20 years and have always gained it plus more back. My doctor and sleep lab doctor said I was a prime canadate. I have visted with a surgeon and have decided I want to have surgery. How long should I expect it to take for disability to be approved?
