protein shake (yum)

The Keto Brand ORANGE CREAME is to die for. I have been experimenting with protein shakes and I know everyone is looking for a good one. I think I have found it. I rate it a 10 on protein shake scales. I love anything that KETO makes but this is truly good. It has 24 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar.If you have never triedi it go out and get some , it is well worth it. I bought it on sale for 8.00 for 11 servings. I just wanted to share with everyone.

THis is a powder that you have to mix. I use a shake blender.I found it at krogers but wal-mart also has it. It is cheaper to by from a store then to buy online but they do have a web site www.ketofoods.com The price is higher though if you order it online. They also have it pre-mied on the website

Beanie, I am glad that others like it as well. i wish more people would tune into these drinks. I have actually been drinking them for a couple of months but wanted to try many flavors before chimming in. I Love Keto shakes and they are my choice for getting additional protein.
