What GNC protein supplements are good?

There is a GNC right near my house. Today, I went in trying to buy some samples for my liquid phase, to either add to CIB or make on their own. The guy working there was a total jerk, so I just left. Next time I want to know what I'm looking for before I go in. Any suggestions? Donna C

Forget GNC--they have a lousy selection. I buy Labrada Lean Body and Keto products. Labrada gets very good taste scores in the product review on this site. It's worth buying online and getting a tub b/c you'll want to continue with the shakes for breakfast when you get to solids. Most of us still do the shakes in the morning. A good protein powder is the best, but a lot of us do the Carnation instant breakfast sugar-free or the Slim Fast low carb.

Donna, Sorry you didn't have a good saleman, but I just started using GNC's brand vanilla flavored protein drink and it taste just like the much more experience brand Isopure. The Isopure has more grams of protein per serving, but the 23gms that GNC brands has is all you really need.
